I have 3 follow ups that I have taken care of. I clicked all the buttons to close them out, but they still stay open. Do I need additional training, or is this a bug?
This issue has been traced back to a browser cache problem or ISP cache problem. Please close your browsers and clear the cache and re log in.
Look up the photo (jpg) that is posted for David Yang's closed PIP center. The name of the file begins with HPxxx.jpg. When the file is downloaded to the desktop the file name is changed. I downloaded that file to my computer twice. One file is named: ps0ben0m.jpg and the other is named: c5ob4akv.jpg
We need to set up some business rules for uploading files, but at minimum, the file name should not change. Please look into this.
The filename is changed when it is uploaded as follows:
Contact id number followed by an underscore followed by the original filename.
After that there is never a change.
I looked up David Yang's center and viewed the Contract details...the document there is
2871_HPM2926.jpg
If you are getting a different name, then there is a big problem with your download manager.
The CR gets filled with horizontal lines that get denser as I scroll down - in some cases making it unreadable. This is a problem since I have to refer to the CR in order to know what it is that I have to follow-up on.
