BUG FIX PROCESS

Issues will be addressed in the following Priority:
  1. Hard Bug - the application quits or gives an error screen. Submit a help desk ticket at once!
  2. Logic Error - You expected the application to do one thing and it did something different.
  3. Perfection Bugs - UI and punctuation type problem. Misspellings. Bad Nomenclature. etc.
  4. Enhancements - We are trying our best to capture all requests and enhancements. Please use the Discussion area on the enhancements page to post a message.
