BUG FIX PROCESS

Issues will be addressed in the following Priority:

1. Hard Bug - the application quits or gives an error screen. Submit a help desk ticket at once!
2. Logic Error - You expected the application to do one thing and it did something different.
3. Perfection Bugs - UI and punctuation type problem. Misspellings. Bad Nomenclature. etc.
4. Enhancements - We are trying our best to capture all requests and enhancements. Please use the Discussion area on the enhancements page to post a message.

A wiki is software that allows users to create, edit, and link web pages easily. Wikis are often used to create collaborative websites and to power community websites. They are being installed by businesses to provide affordable and effective Intranets and for Knowledge Management. Ward Cunningham, developer of the first wiki, WikiWikiWeb, originally described it as "the simplest online database that could possibly work".
