- Whe
n the CR comes via e-mail, I really need to have a way to route or filter then into appropriate folders in my e-mail application. I have rules in Outlook that put the appropriate cr's in the appropriate folders. Authors email is the from line now. Also when the CR comes via e-mail, it isn't true to the line breaks that I submitted the original in. As such, it makes it very difficult to read them. - THIS HAS BEEN REMEDIED -lc- Please put a small calendar icon that launches a calendar to select a date on the "Contact Date" so I can select a date for the contact report as opposed to entering it manually.
- Please create a "quick link" so I can route a cr to the sales team, the marketing team, ops comm, etc.
Add a "Help Desk" link somewhere to the new BMP (I don't see one now) - ADDED TO TOP LINE NEXT TO THE LOGOUT BUTTON -lcAdd Levig and Rice to the routing to Center 98000 (Torres in Brazil) - CREATED ROUTING RULE - lcCenter 533 is not assigned to Ovid Culler, it's listed for Burgess. Ovid owns 533 and is part owner in 1347. 1347 is Burgess. - DATA STORE CORRECTED - lc

Need owners name to auto populate somewhere on contact reports ~D. Conger

PRINTING
Unless I'm doing it wrong, I selected a franchisee, then selected
"center profile master" so that I could print out a profile sheet.
then I selected a few options to show on the report and selected
generate report now, and then hit the printer icon. the only thing I
got on the printed report was the bottom part, not the name, address,
phone, of the franchisee. so, if you were to look at this report, you
wouldn't know who it is on.
You are correct. The information should be present on the top of the report when printed. Expect to see this change in the next build (2.0.3) - CHANGED 1/17/2008 - lc
INPUTTING CONTACT REPORTS
Would like to have a field to input who I talked to. It may not always be the owner
This will be added to the system and prepended to the beginning of the CR. Additional functionality may include a complete list of contacts within a center from press op to manager

Drill down the user on the contact summary report to see all contacts filed
