- Contacts do not come across in my Email
Please check your junk or spam filter and retrain your email client. Some users have reported that these contact reports are being filtered into special folders.
Followups do not close when I submit a report. This is due to either 1) the boxes not being ticked when submitted or 2) the browser has cached the page. RESOLVED - See Change Log- Printing from Mac email clients may render all text as one block.
- Closed Centers may not appear in the advanced search. This is due to the import process during the rebuild. If you need a center to appear in the list. Please contact us with the brand and center number. Note: Centers that closed prior to October 15, 2007 are not in the current system.
Franchisee Info does not print on Center Profile - Master COMPLETED - See Change Log
