1. On owners with multiple Center's some way for me to know when I look them up. So when I look up Joe Rabeno, I need to know which center is which when I select him from the list.

The Center number is listed after the name in the drop down lookup. Once a center loads, all listed owners will show in the top line.
2. Make the alphabet a little bigger. It's very small on my laptop.
Press Apple-+ or View>Make Font Bigger in your browser. This should increase all font sizes.
3. I am still seeing a lot of Center's that are not mine in my look up list.
Currently all centers are being shown to everyone with access to that brand. This was done on purpose. The exception listing may show all at this time but is being addressed.

The issue isn't the names of the owners. The issue is what Center I am selecting. So with Joe, all the Centers are in his name. I need to select the 17th street location and unless I know the Center number for that location, I have to guess. It might be better to list is last name, first name (location identifier such as street or city) and then the Center #??
Last name first would be helpful anyway.

Internal & External BMC assignements have been added to the franchise detail
when I hit "reply all" it only sends the reply to the person who posted the contact report. This needs to be changed.
Only the author is marked as the from address. Your reply should be in the BMP. NOT via email. Email is NOT considered part of the workflow and is only there to inform you that a followup or contact report was filed.
Additionally, if we add all people in the Reply-TO: field (FROM), it could potentially not reach anyone if one of the messages bounces.
The reply usually goes to one or both of the BMCs of the center for which the contact report was filed. Therefore, the reply cannot go through the BMP it has to go through email.
Please look into adding all names on original distribution list so that when I hit "reply all", it goes to everyone on the original distribution list.
Can you put the "follow-up" required on the same page as the email distribution list? If I forget to check followup, then go to the email distribution page and select others than just "automatic routiing", I have tohit the back button to go back and check follow-up.
reconsider your workflow. The option for followups is right next to the routing button. The boxes on the right side of contact reports can be reordered to help you remember.
On the "Topics Selection" box, the "SELECT ONE OR MORE" is highligted. So when I hold down the Ctrl Key to select more than one topic the "SELECT ONE OR MORE" is actually being seen as a topic and when I submit, it bounces back as nothing was selected. Highlight "SELECT ONE OR MORE" but don't allow it to be a selection.

I understand that this is in part due to how I work, but the issue is (only my opinion) that the first item listed "SELECT ONE OR MORE" should not be "preselected" or even selectable. If I do hold the Ctrl down them, it won't matter.
This may already be on the list. Can we add a Calendar icon that pops up a mini calendar we can pick a date from to the calendar system?

Pretty please quick links (like the old system) so we can copy in preset groups of people. For example, when I do a CR on anything that involves outside sales, I want to copy in the "Sales Department" (Mark, Mike and Steve).

It seems like we have some room (a little anyway) on the top when we select a Center. Can we add a little more data such as sales +/- or even their AR status, BMC's, renewal date, etc. right on the top when we pull the Center up?

I looked up a contact report for PIP#721 Wright, posted on 2/1/08. When it comes up on the screen you can only read a few lines of the letter that is in the C/R and are not able to scroll to read more. The only way to read more of it is to print it out.
Can this be changed so that you can scroll to read the entire contact report, without printing it?

Look up the photo (jpg) that is posted for David Yang's closed PIP center. The name of the file begins with HPxxx.jpg. When the file is downloaded to the desktop the file name is changed. I downloaded that file to my computer twice. One file is named: ps0ben0m.jpg and the other is named: c5ob4akv.jpg
We need to set up some business rules for uploading files, but at minimum, the file name should not change. Please look into this.
The filename is changed when it is uploaded as follows:
Contact id number followed by an underscore followed by the original filename.
After that there is never a change.
I looked up David Yang's center and viewed the Contract details...the document there is 2871_HPM2926.jpg
If you are getting a different name, then there is a big problem with your download manager.
When someone adds an "additional visitor" when posting a contact report, where does this information appear? It is not in the email that is sent and does not appear on the contact report when you go back to the BMP and select "view contact history"???
The "additional visitor" information is used primarily for statistical purposes
and is not part of the contact report body per se.
The additional visitors get added to the routing distribution and
get displayed in the email version of the report body only.
When viewing CR's via the BMP, this data is not shown.
Additional Visitors are now listed within the CR detail view
We need a report that will identify the staff center visits on a month-to-date and year-to date basis, for all staff other than BMCs.
This report should show the date of the visit, franchisee/center visited and the person who made the visit.
Ideally, this would pull from the contact report when an "additional visitor" is identified on a contact report so that a second contact report doesn't always have to be created for the one visit by more than one person.
Can you give me an idea when it will be possible to get this done? This is something that is tracked monthly in Management Committee meetings.

The reports have been available in the BMP since 3/13/2008 - see the BMP WIKI Change Log for details -
To find the reports...look under Network Reports for:
"All Company CR YTD" and "All Company CR NO BMC"
Both of the reports take a minute or so to load, so please be patient...
In addition, there is an "All Company CR Detail Summary" that shows all CR counts
for all staff and brands with breakdowns by brand, contact method, contact type, topic, and department
It is labeled "All Company CR Detail"...just select the month and year.
Well, I figured that I was past due with some more feedback. So here I go:
1. Can we put the "Quick Routing List" in the "Options" box on the main data entry page of the contact reporting? It would eliminate the need to go to a second page to click on them and save some time.
2. Can we add a "sales" box to the "Quick Routing List"?
3. Can we change the box that we select to add into the routing to work the way the old one did? It used to work so that when I wanted to add Rob Levig, I could hit the "R" key and it would pop up to the first "R" name. The way it works today is more time consuming.
4. Is there anyway we can get the "Franchisee Lookup By Name" to be last name, first name and Center #? It would be easier to find the franchisee for me (maybe not others).
5. We need to update the "Topics" list to include:
a. Board Group
b. Sales (for general sales discussions)
c. Resale/Business Exit issues
d. Web To Print
e. Book Of Business
f. TMP
6. It would be great if we could select the "Contact Date" from a calendar that pops up from an icon next to the date.
7.I would still like to type to be 1 or 2 points larger. I know that you said that i can alter my browser, but that impacts all the pages I look at. Does anyone else out there agree?

When reading the CR's, it would be useful to have the Contact Method be included with the standard intro info.
I would like to see an enancement to bmp that would allow FSI business units to upload sales goals to track, by month, by franchisee, where a chart could be generated in bmp for sales vs. goal , much like the current system generates a chart for sales vs. same month last year.

This report used to be accessed on the old intranet. This report features weeks 1-52 with the sales reported, royalties and ad fees paid - with the exact dates of said activity showing. This needs to be able to go back to any year for search/research purposes. It does not exist for PIP so would be best placed under Tools. I miss not having access to this info.
The "Period" pull down menu does not give option to search only last months CRs. This would be helpful as when preparing monthly reports, usually already in the next month and would be very useful to simply seach for CRs for the period "Last Month".
Use the "My Contacts" application. It has the features that you are looking for.
Under center information, “View Contact Reports” can we go further back than 25 reports?? It would be really helpful.

You can use the "search contacts" and filter by any selected franchisee, for any time frame.
It has the option to display "All" CR's (this search is limited to the new system only and does not search any previous archive)...
When you attach a document to a contact report, THEN add or delete a person to be distributed AFTER you add the document, the added document disappears, and you have to add it again.-Janet
I would find it very useful if the following search criteria were added to the Search Contacts Report on the BMP.
1) Add - Search by "Prior Month"
2) Add - Search by "Topic(s)"
